Christina Wooten

I have been working with Edupro Haba for more than 8 years, and it has been my absolute pleasure to help my students learn, grow, and expand their English capabilities. I strive to provide a safe, fun, educational, and meaningful learning environment that we can all create and work towards our goals and build a foundation for a successful future.
At my university, I took several teaching and student development courses. I have also had the opportunity to work with underprivileged children in the United States, and I’ve directed student performances for charity events.
I have obtained my TEFL certificate and was a teacher in the U.S. for 4 years before coming to South Korea. I have also had several publications in newspapers and other books and articles. I have worked with children my entire life, and it has always been my passion to help them enjoy learning and reach their full potential in both their educational and personal development.
David Besch

My name is David Besch. I have lived in Korea since 2012 and have taught at many kindergartens during my time here, gaining a great deal of experience. I have been a teacher since early in my career and I am always excited to assist new students. It is important to recognize each student's individual learning style in order to best help them reach their full potential.
I am excited to meet your children and encourage them to learn to the fullest of their abilities. I love engaging young learners and fostering their desire to learn and grow. I hope to create an environment where the students feel safe learning to express themselves and interacting with each other. I know that keeping children engaged and excited to learn is an important factor in the learning process.
Sarah Fletcher

My name is Sarah Fletcher. I was born and raised in the United States of America.
I love to engage with children and people from other cultures and love to travel and learn something new everywhere I go.
As an EFL teacher, I am passionate about teaching and helping my students succeed in their education and personal growth each day! I am excited to meet your children and encourage them to learn to the fullest of their abilities.
Before coming to Korea, I completed my TEFL certificate and I have taught kindergarteners and elementary students from beginner to intermediate English in Korea.
I truly believe that every student can do great things with the right support and encouragement. I am extremely pleased to be a part of their learning journey and getting to know them better throughout my time at Edupro Haba.

With a degree in Psychology and a TEFL certification, I ventured into the world of ESL teaching in South Korea. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students through their language learning journey, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every learner can thrive.
From interactive classroom activities to lesson plans catered to all students’ needs, my approach focuses on tailoring instruction to successfully and effectively teach each student based on their needs. Beyond the curriculum, I’ve embraced cultural exchanges and community engagement, recognizing the importance of empathy and understanding in language education.
As I look ahead, I’m excited to continue making a positive impact as an ESL educator, bridging cultures and inspiring a passion for language learning in students around the world.
Jamie Lapthorn

My name is Jamie Lapthorn and I’m very excited to be teaching Maple Tree Class. I am a proactive and passionate teacher and I believe my strengths lie in class management and conducting English language lectures. I have over 6 years of experience in Korea. My time has included 4 years as a head foreign teacher, and most recently, 2 years teaching an advance 7-year-old class in Daechi-dong.
My main focus as a teacher is to create a comfortable environment for the students whilst implementing structured English language lessons. I prioritize the students completing their work to the best of their ability, but I always make sure to find the time to laugh, relax and have fun. I am extremely pleased to join the team at Edupro Haba.
I hope that we can work together closely this year to maximize the potential of our amazing students in Maple Tree Class.

Hello, my name is Darren Evans.
I hope you are as excited as I am to further your studies in the English language. We are going to have so much fun together, learning about new things, exploring different paths, ideas, and expand our minds together.
A little about me! I was born and raised in the United Kingdom, which is so far away! I came all the way to South Korea to help people know more about English, and help them to achieve their goals . Before moving to Korea, I worked as an English teacher in China. I taught kindergarten and have worked with students from the ages 2-9. They have given me an understanding that a student is just like a caterpillar, waiting to turn into a butterfly and gain their own forms of knowledge and skills. I feel so honored to be a part of that journey, and help your children develop their English skills.
Brent Clermont

Hello, my name is Brent Clermont. My degree is in Communication.
I have been teaching in Seoul since 2019 and have been so grateful to see my young students grow and develop. My goal is to provide Lemon Tree Class with a safe, caring, and fun environment so they will have success on their English learning journey.
I obtained my degree in Communication at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. I also obtained a TEFL certification in Los Angeles, followed by a CELTA certification. I have travelled to many countries teaching the English language to young learners.
Through my travels and my own language learning journey, I have seen the benefits that speaking a second language have on a person’s life. In Lemon Tree Class, I will strive to lay a strong English foundation so that the children will have success as they continue to develop as people and as English speakers. It has been such a joy teaching young learners. I look forward to meeting each child, learning about their interests and unique personalities, and most importantly, I look forward to guiding them as they develop as people and as English language speakers!

Hello, Olive Tree students and parents! It’s so nice to meet you.
I will be your teacher this year. I’m excited about a year filled with learning, curiosity, and fun! This will be my first year in Korea, and I couldn’t be more excited. I am a certified TEFL teacher, and worked as a Teacher’s Assistant through my university. I have taught children of all ages. I have a degree in the Arts, and I love to use this creativity in my teaching style.
I enjoy creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where each and every student feels special and valued. During lessons, your child will have fun while improving their speech and learning skills. I am excited to be teaching Olive Tree at Edupro Haba.
